Ready to fish but favor casting from the shore? St. George Island’s miles of beach allow for hassle-free fishing. For a quiet fishing experience, our State Park allows anglers to fish forĀ flounder, redfish, sea trout, pompano, whiting, Spanish mackerel and other fish off the beach or in the bay, and has two boat ramps for guest use.

So grab your poles and head down to the shore!
